Moving Calls Between Routes

Permanently routed calls can be Re-Routed from Customer Service or Moved Between Routes from Route Maintenance. The details for both options are included below. Also See Related Tasks.

 

Re-Route Pickup via Customer Service

 

  1. Select the Routing tab from the customer service.
  2. Right click on the routed call to be moved.
  3. Select Re-Route Pickup.
  4. Routing Assistant will open.

  1. Select the Route using the drop down selections. Also See: Adding Customers Permanently To Route via Customer Service.
  2. Highlight an existing call in the grid to insert before or insert after.
  3. Click Insert Before or Insert After.
  4. Enter the Lifts and Select an Activity.
  5. Click Route.

 

Move Calls Between Routes

 

 

  1. On the left side, select the Route Day and Route Number.
  2. On the right side, select the Route Day and Route Number.
  3. Highlight the call to be moved From.
  4. Select the arrow button in the direction the call is to be moved To.
  5. Repeat for all calls to be moved To/From.
  6. Save Changes.
